Those things are ants. I dont know what genus or species though as im not an expert.

Is there any horses or donkeys around? They remind me of the family 'Hippoboscidae'. Really nasty flies that are parasitic to horses. I agree. Looks like a blood sucker.

Insects have imature (larval) and adult forms which are short lived. A bee is an adult form which are relatively short lived. Once an insect is injured or similar, that's it. Death quickly follows. There are no bee veterinarians or the like. So given your bee can no longer serve its colony or its self it will most certainly die soon and there's nothing anyone can or should do for it. Its probably served its colony well by collecting lots of pollen for it, so no need to feel sad for it.

Looks like its freshly emerged. that's why the legs are white.

Im guessing thrips. Altho thrips tend to be more elongated. Found in humid environments and feed mostly on plants. Not easy for me to tell for sure with that image.

They are the imature (nymphs) stage of (Hemiptera) bugs. They mostly feed on plants by using their straw-like mouthparts.
