The words seems
Wu Ling
Yong Ze Se (Minois nagasawae)
Taiwan of China

Just for your information.
Top label reads "Wulin". Wulin is the name of the pass which is located in Hehuanshan (Mt. Hehuan), Nantou County, central Taiwan. Altitude is 3275m and said to be the highest pass accessible by car in Asia.
Bottom label reads "Nagasawa's Dryad female, Aug. 22, 1994". The chinese name of this Satyrid is written in Chinese character.
