I have found this specimen in central Laos. I am not Studying dragonflies but have seen many of them , never with long like butterfly antenna. Is it some rare species or it is not even Odonata sp.? Paul

it is an owlflies , Ascalaphidae nera the ant lion

Yes Thierry is right, and to add to his explanation this belongs to order Neuroptera, not Odonata, although it does look amazingly like a dragonfly.
