Winhard actually described two subspecies of Pterourus coroebus from Colombia in the same paper. He described ssp. levis from "22 km östlich von Muzo, Departement Boyacá" and ssp. timana from "vereda Piragua, Ostkordillere, südlich von Timaná, Departement Huila", each described from a single specimen.

I didn't know about the von Stetten paper, thank you for the information.
