Hi, I was just wondering what the ideal temperature for a Praying Mantis ootheca is. I live in Canada, and since the Mantids I breed are wild caught, I assumed I could just leave them in my backyard somewhere.
However, none of the three oothecas hatched, and after a lot of searching, all the information I could find was that they hatch in June.
