Yes, we all remember Photobucket story. I still didn’t reload most of the photos as it is taking a lot of time. I think posting photos as an attachment is more safe but not cost effective for administrator As this moment I use Imgur but nothing is guaranteed Paul

I now link all my photos to imgur and have several thousand there, but have them backed up elsewhere, and that includes all my images stored on my computer, all on separate storage devices. Never put all your eggs in the same basket.

I think posting photos as an attachment is more safe but cost effective for administrator But it is the best way to make ICF and Insectnet forum NOT FREE ANYMORE. So yes, using Imgur and having a back-up on your computer seems the smartest thing to me.

I assume that Paul actually meant "... NOT cost effective for the administrator".

I assume that Paul actually meant "... NOT cost effective for the administrator". Adam. Thanks Adam, That is what I meant. I actually don’t use any company to store my photos. I only upload images to imgur which I want to post on forums. Other than that it is all saved in my computer and or on the flush drives Paul
