I have doubts about some of the Papilio lorquinianus subspecies.
Could you tell me if these are valids subspecies or are synonymous?
Papilio (Achillides) lorquinianus avona (Goode, 2011)
Papilio (Achillides) lorquinianus boanoensis (Kariya, 1992)
Papilio (Achillides) lorquinianus esmeae (Parrott, 1985)
Papilio (Achillides) lorquinianus manggasi (M. Goode & Burk, 2012)
Papilio (Achillides) lorquinianus ochoco (Shimogori, 1997)
Papilio (Achillides) lorquinianus pratti (Goode, 2011)
Papilio (Achillides) lorquinianus roxanae (Goode, 2011)

P. l. boanoensis is a synonym of mizukoshii, although I have doubts that the latter is truly distinct from philippus.
The others are valid - I have specimens of most.

deliasfanatic is correct, Kikumaro Okano published the description of ssp. mizukoshii on 15 August 1992, whereas boanoensis Kariya was published on 30 September the same year. Additionally for some unclear reason Okano published a further paper on 21st December that year using the name ryuheii instead of mizukoshii, and that name also is a junior synonym. In this paper Okano also compared his 'ryuheii' with philippus and tabulated the perceived differences. It remains to be seen whether these really are different or not.

I guess that the type locality should be Boano Island, as for boanoensis

The type locality of ssp. mizukoshii is the same island, except that Okano spelt the name Buano Island.
