Radovan, how was your stay in Tenerife? I think I saw you offered some fresh cleobule on insectnet right? Was it difficult to find them? Would love to hear more about the situation on that island there, the habitat, the weather and when and where the cleobule are flying!

Definitely sounds like a nice trip! I will hopefully also make it to the Canary Islands next year, but first I wanted to go to the azores for their nice colias croceus color variations.

Ah that's really nice! I recently read an old paper about the Hipparchia on the azores, almost one endemic per island, always at the top of the mountains and on Faial directly on top of the caldera. I saw some photos it must be fantastic, although the azores are not that warm as the canaries. You have to tell us about your trip next year for sure and if possible also include some habitat photos.
