Not this ssp, but I have seen some Hebomoia sp. in Bali and in Koh Phiphi. They fly at above 5 meters from the ground at very high speed. Saw all of them in the forest. Very hard to catch.
The only fastest Pieridae I know are some Appias species which are real bombs on wings !

Like many tropical Pierid species, Hebomoia can be found mud puddling in the right season and then they are not so difficult to catch. Females can also be captured at flowers, but it really is a case of being in the right place at the right time - both time of year and time of day.
