I'm new here and came across this board while trying to research my collection. I found this in a storage unit auction. I have spent many hours trying to figure this out. I would really appreciate any info that anyone would share on here. I can only post one pic here. Thanks in advance. Melissa

Interesting yes, rare no. Fairly common African charaxes, there are a couple of females, the age and data makes them interesting, be good if you could post more pictures of the data labels but none of them are rare.

The main problem is that many of these butterflies seem attacked by dermestids or have received a severe shock : wings broken, fallen abdomens. I doubt anyone would invest on them now... The data labels are for Polyura athamas samatha (probably far right, 3rd specimen down) from Perak which is in W. Malaysia. The specimens in the far right column all look like SE Asian Charaxes and Polyura.
