HYBRID Teinopalpus aureus x imperialis

There was one specimen known of natural hybrid between Teinopalpus aureus and Teinopalpus imperialis.

On Saturday, I had the luck to see a second specimen recently found in Indochina. 
It shares patterns of both species and look like a strange aureus. 





I guess it will interest Papilionidae lovers here.

Yes, the first known specimen was captured on 4 July 1999 at Xam Neua, NE Laos with information published by Uehara & Masui in 2002. A black & white copy of the paper can be downloaded here:

Thanks Adam, pity it is in black and white, but the 2 hybrids look to have the exact same patterns.

My question, was DNA tested? Or is this just speculation?
