Turkestan is a huge area covering a number of modern C Asian countries directly east of the Caspian Sea. Wikipedia says "The area covers a large number of countries including: Russia (parts of Siberia), Mongolia, parts of the Chinese autonomous province of Xinjiang, south Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and parts of Afghanistan."
This faded specimen belongs to the P. delphius group, and looks similar to P. delphius pulchra, but there are many species and subspecies in the group and also individual populations can be very variable. Precise data would help a lot, but I understand that is not possible in this case.
Adam.
