oh, this insect has wings and can fly! with 6 legs, and there are white parts at the end to each of the leg

Welcome to the ICF, hengyunn. This is a species of order Diptera (flies). I have seen similar species here in Thailand too, but never tried to identify them. Maybe someone here will know what it is, please be patient. Adam. |
