Is it possible to pin small crustaceans like insects? I recently found a parasitic isopod in a fish’s mouth while fishing, and it makes me want to start a crustacean collection.

I have changed your post to a meaning full one. I have looked on the web and most small crustaceans are preserved in chemicals in a vial, see academic.oup.com/jcb/article/36/3/393/2548972 I do not believe you could preserve it by pinning a specimen, although I have seen crustaceans dry mounted at insectfairs, but I expect they use a form of taxidermy and this is a skilled technique.
