Looks like Parnassius jacquemonti. In the Alai Range, it's the subspecies Parnassius ( Parnassius) jacquemonti variabilis Stichel, 1907. Here is a picture from : Alai, Allauddin valley, 2600 m asl. Kyrgyzistan, June 2009. From the webpage : www.lepido-france.fr/photos-de-parnassidae-ii/(first page : www.lepido-france.fr/photos-de-parnassidae/)Here is an other subspecies from Pamir : Parnassius ( Parnassius) jacquemonti pamirus Bang-Haas, 1927, male. above Kuh-i-Lal, Western Pamir, 3800 m asl, Tadjikistan, July 15 2007. Photo : F. Michel : Some P. jacquemonti variabilis from Alai :

Hello! Thank you for your assistance! I also admit that this Parnassius may be jacquemonti, but I am confused by large, bright red spots of rounded shape. I compared it with other Parnassius jacquemonti variabilis and for comparison I attach you a photo. Samples in the left column from one place and collection, (Sample 3, 4 is our discussion) the rest are accidentally found in stocks from old collections from the Fann Lake of Tajikistan.
