Any ideas what this is? Think I saw a larger one about a centimetre, this one is not even half a centimetre. Cheers

Springtail Dont know much about them, but theyre harmless to humans.

And you didn't't saw one of about a centimeter. The only so big springtails are in the Himalayas, all the hundreds of species in Europe are muuuuch smaller than a centimeter.
Half a centimeter is about the maximum size of european species. Quite large, some species of Tomocerus have this size, but I don't know if other genus too. Most species are 1 to 3 millimeters.
