My hardback copy of the third edition of the British moth bible arrived today. Fully updated and revised with new distribution maps. My well thumbed original copy was bought 15 years ago. In my opinion none can better the art work of Lewington. In my humble opinion he is certainly of a higher standard than the old masters Frohawk and Russwurm!

There are some people who simply are the best at what they do ! They have a unique skill set which comes together in such a way that they are "on another level" that few if any ever tread. I have seen some of Lewington's works and in every sense he is a Rembrandt within the confines of the entomological world.

Yes it is Duncan, probably the best British Moth book ever published.
