I'm sure it is out there present in some collections as some collectors specialize in Arctiid moths however, you probably would not see these extraordinary pheromone emitting structures as they are contained within the body (abdomen) of the moth in life. For a moment upon looking at the photo I thought somebody was pulling a "photoshop" ha-ha. But, in looking up the species on the internet I found additional photo's of the species along with another species of the same genus (C. transiens) which like-wise has the same incredible structures. Certainly, the most alien looking structures I've seen on any lepidopteran....
After looking further I've found that these Inflatable scent glands are known as coremata and are known from other species of Arctiid moths as well. Perhaps, this genus best illustrates these structures as I did not see any other images featuring other genera of Arctiidae.
