grey insect eggs identification

Hello,

I'm growing some cannabis for personal use in Belgium and encountered some grey insect eggs under the leaf. I would like to know what it is, but since i threw the leaf away, I can't hatch the eggs to see what it is. Maybe someone on this forum can help? As you can see the eggs are really tiny and greyish.

If you open the attachment, the image will be bigger. I realise now that the quality of the photo might be too poor really to determine what it is. Any wild guesses though?
