This wonderful Lycaenidae is Castalius rosimon rosimon.
It is a common species in Thailand but a wonderful one ! It likes to mud-puddle and to feed on flowers so it is also an easy species to picture.
For European eyes, those "Pierrots" are splendid treasures !

I always regard this and the other black & white Lycaenids (Discolampa & Caleta) as good indicators of 'butterfly habitat'. If you see these you are usually in a good place for butterflies.
