what a night, I was there on the kop, the atmosphere was unbelievable and the emotions going from 2-0 down inside 9 mins then 3-1 down in the second half to win it 4-3 in injury time against one of the best teams currently in Europe was fantastic, for me the best match I have been to see ( I wasn't in Turkey in 2005 ).
YNWA
Justice for the 96

"I wasn't in Turkey in 2005"
My brother was, and boy did he enjoy that, and last night too.
I watched the game live on TV here, and as well as the incredible match itself, the pre-match rendition of YNWA was awesome along with the tribute by both teams to the 96.
Although I am a staunch ("ooooo he's a staunch!" as Monty Python would say) West Bromwich Albion fan I would regard Liverpool as my next favourite club.
Klopp is an incredible manager, and even went over to salute his old fans after the match. They still love him too.
Adam.

I hope your brother didn't leave at half time in Istanbul !, I still carry the scare from that night, I watched in my local pub with my mates, 3 Man U fans, 3 Arsenal, 2 Totenham, a Chelsea and West Ham fan, when we equalised one of my mates jumped on my back, pulling backwards, my left leg shot up to counter balance and I shined a cast iron stool over a table, blood everywhere and a lump on my shin like a balloon I had to carry on watching before I went to the hospital, had an X-ray, no break and hobbled home afterwards. Great night!!
Yes total respect to the Dortmund fans, excellent renditions of YNWA (both home and away legs) and perfect minutes silence for the 96. Nights like these are why we love football, end to end, only 3 yellow cards and plenty of goals, and of course a Liverpool win..
