Oh, I guess I can give you the first one for free... these look like flies in the family Psychodidae. They are commonly called 'drain flies' or 'moth flies'. The larvae often develop in organic buildup in floor drains or sink drains and the adults are often seen in bathrooms or laundry rooms.
