Hello, I bought a Phyllocrania paradoxa (ghost mantis) a few days ago. The seller told me that i should feed them fruit flies, krickets, small spiders, etc. Is it also ok to go into my garden and search for fresh bugs that are alive? Woodlouses would be the best since i have a lot of them. Does anyone know what i can feed them and what is not good for them? Thanks

Finding bugs for your mantis is good as long as the bug is not harmful or tastes bad like a lady beetle. Experiment with different bugs for your mantis to see what it likes most. I wish you good luck on your mantis!
