Here are the nireus group specimens that are currently set. As I'll explain below in more detail, I'm currently working on the thuraui sub-group from Malawi and have long series from some locations, although many are still papered due to lack of time. Overall, I typically keep short series unless it's a particular taxon or group that I'm studying, in which case I may have quite a few. I'm impressed with the other collections that have been shown here, and together I think that we have a nice group with each collection including some material that isn't present in the others.
There are 7 drawers at present, and I'll add annotations to each.
Drawer 1:

Col 2: P. m. reductofascia 2M 1F; P. m. isokae 2M; P. m. equatoriana 3M. The first of these equatoriana specimens is particularly interesting; AFAIK it's the oldest specimen known of this taxon, collected in the Imatong Mts, S. Sudan by a British Army officer in 1934. I've had it for decades and recognized that it differed from all the others, but didn't want to describe it from a single specimen. When equatoriana was described a few years ago, I wasn't aware that the paper was in the works, and the authors were likewise unaware of my specimen; otherwise it would have been included in the type series. Anyway, the second and third specimens are from NE Uganda, further material from Sudan being next to impossible to obtain nowadays.
