I especially like these unusual looking Charaxes, how rare is this one, I expect the female will be.

Males used to be scarce, but they've been captured in number the past few years and are available from most dealers at a reasonable price...generally 50-75 euro (it varies from one dealer to another). Females are still considered a great rarity. I finally managed to obtain one a year or two ago. Apologies for the poor photo - a quick grab from my phone. Ch acraeoides F by D B, on Flickr
