Thank you to Mr.Guay and wollastoni for sharing the photo's. I've always wanted to go to this fair (as I once visited the now defunct Toronto fair) however, it is an even further distance to drive and gas, food, and overnight hotel somewhere would eat into my specimen budget. I presume the photo's were taken early in the day or near the end of the show as there seems to be an extreme lack of visitor (numbers). Nothing at all like those European crowd swelling events. Maybe someone who has been there can vouch on there being better attendance than what appears in the photo's. Is there any particular reason for it being held in Montreal? Do many of the dealers happen to live there or nearby? It's location may be convenient for those living in New York State and nearby but, just out of reach for those of us living in the greater Midwest of the country.

"Is there any particular reason for it being held in Montreal?"
It is rather normal that "French Canadian" have their own fair, French and English Canadian are still 2 rather separated communities, and they want to discuss between friends in their language. Then Montreal is the capital and biggest city of Quebec, most of collectors live there, easier to access. There is also the Insectarium there, so it's normal it is organized there.
What is not normal is that there are no fair in Toronto, New York for the East Coast and Vancouver/Seattle for the West Coast.
A motivated entomologist or association should organize one.
