I have added some "share" buttons on the right. You can now easily inform your friends of articles that may interest them.
Don't hesitate to do so, it will help us recruit new members.

I wondered what those were and where they came from. This forum and Insectnet are as near to 'social networking' that I get. I must admit that I don't know what the bottom symbol (red P) is.

I must admit that I don't know what the bottom symbol (red P) is. I believe it's "pinterest".

Adam, I advise you to have a look on Flickr and Pinterest. There are many nature photographs there and I have found many live pictures of Delias, including rare ones.
cabintom, you are right about the "Sha/re" issue. This is due to the width of the forum, I could solve this having a less wide forum, but I prefer to keep the forum large.

I agree with Olivier, keep the forum width as it is. Currently the share buttons are in the margin, and not really intrusive.

This is due to the width of the forum, I could solve this having a less wide forum, but I prefer to keep the forum large. If you can add custom icons to that toolbar, I could try creating one in photoshop that says "Share" and that would fit and look better.

I have removed the "Share" buttons as they seem to somewhat slow down the website.
But please keep on sharing interesting articles to your friends or on social networks.

Ah, that was what was making pages rather sluggish to scroll down. I have noticed that a lot of websites nowadays have too many "bells & whistles" that slow them down.
