Ed, The beauty of moth collecting is that you don't have to chase 'em, at any age! jh Notes taken, chase butterflies while you can and worry about the moths when you’re “old”!

I bait for butterflies too, but not everything comes to bait. At my age, I'm starting to consider it a chase just to stroll over to that patch of Lantana to see what's there!

Interesting, today I went to try my luck at Anthocharis and managed to catch 6 P.glaucus by chasing them up a dirt road. Am so glad to be young. In a few years I will probably need to rethink my strategy.

Paul K, I am at the mont Ventoux in France now and Anthocharis euphenoides is flying here, beautifully yellow and orange.
