Hi. I live in Eastern PA and found these guys on a piece of landscape timber yesterday. I've never seen them before. What are they?

They are the imature (nymphs) stage of (Hemiptera) bugs. They mostly feed on plants by using their straw-like mouthparts.

Boisea trivittata ?
