Can you give me some info about this insect?

Here's the pic I've taken when I saw it climbing a wall in my house:

But I zoomed in while taking the picture.
It's like only 3-4 mm I guess and it's (at least) here in Romania, Europe. I'm just saying but I guess it could be everywhere though.
What do you think it might be?
I saw em too last summer and now it seems like they are coming again lol. 😐
And when I tryed to kill one it took my like 10 seconds to crush it using a ***** shoe. This lil guy had a though death 😢
Anyway,can I get rid of thid kinda insect like I do with others in general?

You are on the wrong forum, you should look for advice in terminator’s forum. My personal advice: buy new shoe, it seems like your “***** shoe” is not tough enough.
