My question is how a seller on ebay can have 100% buyers satisfaction when selling broken insect, missing parts and says brand new and perfect condition on the description and all so selling them at big price ? taking about'' insectonline'' get some interogation about ebay quoting!

I have had several good trades with "insectonline" and I see that his ratings speak for him : www.ebay.com/usr/insectonline You don't have 577 positive feedbacks and 0 negative ones by not providing expected quality. He has been a good provider of not-offered-before specimens from Indochina.
Usually he don't pretend that his specimens are in "perfect condition" but he always write "quality : see on pictures" as in this A- example : www.ebay.com/itm/Bu763-Butterfly-Lepidoptera-Insect-Specimen-Vietnam/322797475132
This said : - if he made a mistake on an item you have bought, put him a negative feedback. That's the rules of ebay - if you think one of his descriptions is not appropriate, send him a message via www.ebay.com Doing so, you would help him professionalise his business.
As I know him, I will also indicate him this topics, for him to learn and improve. Olivier
