It sounds quite strange, because I know either Nelson Layron and his wife Mari Grace Felipe. I've dealt with Mari many times in the past and I never suffered any problem. I presume that Nelson has mailed the parcel by registered mail, so you can try to track it checking the PhilPost website: tnt.phlpost.gov.ph/index/?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1

I bought some butterflies from Nelson in mid December 2016. I was getting a little nervous about the deal it was taking longer than I,m used too, but The package finally arrived yesterday 16th. February 2017. It did take along time to arrive, but it did arrive. I think we are all just programmed to expect mail within a couple of weeks. If you order from Nelson just have more patience than usual. I would recommend Nelson, his butterflies are good quality and the prices are reasonable.
regards Mike.

Regarding postal service in the developing world, for comparison purposes, my father in law sent us a package (from Canada to D.R. Congo) back in November... it still has not arrived.

At this point I think you'll be lucky if it'll arrive anyway... I can not say anything bad about Thai post, it is much faster than Canadian post.
