I found few freshly emerged Delias descombesi few days ago, perfect A1 specimens. Upon inspecting them after 3 days I have noticed some of them are ruined by browns stain from abdomen . For now on I will be trying new system of inserting a tissue paper so it can absorb brown liquid. I will also leave the specimen in envelope without removing the tissue when in relaxing box as the brown liquid may be released at that time. Delias hyparete indica-male, Chiang Mai Paul

I always use tissue paper inside my enveloppes, but I put the butterfly inside a folded square of tissue paper, to avoid damaging the specimen by introducing it between the wings.
I often find the tissue paper full of grease, and the wings intact, so it works well.
