There are no recognized ssp of autocrator - very unusual among Parnassius!

I have a couple of males of these I got fairly priced from Ilya Osipov. I wish I could find a fairly priced female, even with a chip on her wings, but a female nonetheless.

there are no recognized ssp of autocrator - very unusual among Parnassius! Almost unbelievable. I know how the specialists like to assign subspecies status to almost every population in other species of Parnassius.

Those are magnificent examples ! ! Sharp eye on quality. Always love looking at all the wonderful specimens of Parnassius you find.

Magnificent ! In looking back to the start of this thread I cannot see your photo's of the splendid males you showed... I complimented you for there quality so they must have been there. What happened to them? Could you post their photo again Radusho?
