Firstly Id like to thank everyone's help in making my trip a success. As promised I'm writing a reports section onto my original thread.
Summary: I spent a total of 10 days on the island of Bali, I mainly stayed in the south of the island and traveled further north on the days with favorable collecting weather.

Bellow are some lycaenidae mainly from south Bali. Identification would be helpful with these.

This is a Papilio polytes female I caught(the other better quality one got away), it is quite damaged but I decided to keep it since despite Papilio polytes being extremely common here, I have yet to encounter any Papilio polytes females where I live here in china, Is this also the case in other areas or just here where I live?

Some how I was lucky, while collecting in a forested area I herd one of my family members screams. Upon arriving at the scene I spotted this large Attacus atlas moth in a net! .It was resting on a palm leaf where I had walked past many times without spotting it, but thankfully I was still able to obtain it.

Female Papilio polytes is actually as common in the wild as the male, but you may not see them very often because they don't come to water but are attracted to certain types of flowers, and at particular times of day. Depending on local seasonal conditions, they are often much easier to find at certain times of year compared to others. Usually they are easier to find when there are lots of flowers around, probably July or August would be best. The hardest time to find them is the hot dry seasons, when there are relatively few flowers.
The best way to obtain perfect quality females of P. polytes in China would be to collect larvae on Citrus and rear them to adult, half of them should be females. Any wild caught specimens normally are already damaged even if quite fresh.
Adam.

Your first "Delias" is Belenois java; the second is Delias hyparete.

I know many Citrus plantations near me, is there any recommended methods in narrowing down the plants most likely to contain larva? or would that be too time consuming? maybe using a sleeve or enclosure to allow the females to lay would be best! any recommendations or feedback on the above?
