While out picking peaches in my orchard today, I ran across this colorful Cerambycid (Magacyllene robiniae). They are fairly common in the area but always a pleasure to see!

No problem. I live a few miles outside of Twin Falls, Idaho near the snake river. It is mostly high mountain desert, but my property has a fairly green microclimate with old growth hardwood and established fruit trees that draw in some unique insect species on a regular basis.
